Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance client online visibility and drive engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, utilizing in-depth knowledge of KPIs, to identify areas for improvement and implement data-backed solutions.

  • Setup and manage UTMs, Facebook pixels, Google tags, and Google Analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.

  • Implement technical SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.

  • Leverage expertise of gohighlevel.com to streamline client workflows, automate processes, and enhance lead generation efforts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize Google PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

  • Utilize marketing analytics to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.

  • Create, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to reach target audiences and drive desired outcomes.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing reports and presentations for clients, providing clear and actionable insights.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a successful track record of implementing data-driven marketing strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search, and SEO best practices.

  • Proficiency in setting up and managing UTMs, Facebook pixels, and Google tags to measure campaign performance accurately.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed marketing decisions.

  • Proficiency in managing Facebook Ads and other paid media campaigns effectively.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and liaise with clients.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.

  • Certifications in relevant marketing platforms and technologies are a plus.
